In todays lesson we had to create a brainstorm containing information we wished to stick in our documentary. The information was found off numerous websites and sources, all of which are listed in "research for documentary post" From doing this we found out interesting facts such as: 90% of tea drank is black tea and the tea importation increased in 1750 when cane sugar became readily available.
